Fox News... Where Dusty Hate-filled Men Go To Wither In Shame...

Megan Kelly made liberals proud yesterday... she made me proud too, when she smacked down what was an obvious continuation of the Republicans' 'War on Women,' perpetrated by none other than one of the dirtiest most hateful and now uncloaked misogynists on television, Lou Dobbs.

For those who don't know him, old Lou is a decrepit fool who just loves to stir up hate and disgust among his Republican zombies who faithfully follow his rhetoric against anything they are told to.

 This hateful man honed his crafty and snakelike skill on CNN where he had a twisted, yet mediocre existence... until they found that their employ of his hatred was not getting them any new viewers, after which they let him go.

Of course there is only one graveyard of and for the failed... that is Fox News, where he was put high on a pedestal of the bodies of immigrants that he has so vehemently fought against during his many years of delusion. He fit Fox News like a hand and glove.

His latest stint in the limelight of hate and deception was a well planned attack on women and their circumstance of being single or married and working, suggesting that both scenarios are leaving them and their children lacking in some way that could be easily remedied with them getting back in their corner like a caged animal... that corner being the tawdry old idea that women belong in the kitchen, barefooted and pregnant... with duct tape on their mouths to keep them quiet. Yes, I think he is the duct tape type.

On yesterday's show, old Lou teamed up with RedState.com's editor Erick Erickson to defend their earlier misogynistic comments as they continued their war on women. Quite surprisingly, host Megan Kelly seems to have come to her senses briefly and actually took them down to the surprise of everyone, as she has not been seen often if at all, defending women against these dusty old farts whenever they attacked women over the last number of years... remember the aspirin between the legs comment by that other old fart, Congressman Ron Paul... or Paul Ryan's 'rape is rape' defense.

To her credit she showed what an educated woman versed in Law and Journalism and having a love and respect for life,  could do to decrepit haters on their daily rounds... if she chooses to. I was elated to hear this live exchange of ideas and ideals yesterday, though I am wary of her continuing liberal defense of women and wait with bated breath for her next brief escape from under the Fox News rock... maybe they can even finally realize that they lost an election now because they did not even know this on election night.

Her crowning achievement was reminding Erick to "tell that to Barack Obama"..., who was her strongest defense for a woman's success in the face of a misogynistic Republican Party. (8.00 on the video).

Alleged Car Thief...Alleged Arsonist Issa Not Concerned About Jobs... Just Dogging The Black Man...

It is no secret that Darrell Issa has a vendetta against the President and indeed against the American people at large. He is the richest person in public office and he is bent on destroying America from the inside out. But being from the old school, I was taught to see the forest... and the trees. Actions speak louder than words and the act of not leading his fellow Republicans in any efforts to grow jobs just shows that he and they are not concerned about jobs for their fellow Americans... not for fellow Republicans nor Dems.

Old school says you don't judge a book by its cover, but you have to look inside, so lets take a look...

'Issa dropped out of high school, and on his 17th birthday he enlisted for three years in the Army.^[9][14] He became an Explosive Ordnance Disposal (EOD) technician, trained to defuse bombs. He said his unit provided security for President Richard Nixon, sweeping stadiums for bombs prior to games in the 1971 World Series.^[15] A May 1998 investigation by Lance Williams of the San Francisco Examiner said Nixon had not attended any of that year's World Series games. His unit did perform security sweeps for the World Series. The investigation said that Issa was transferred to a supply depot after Issa received poor ratings and after the World Series. According to Issa, the Examiner reporter misunderstood an anecdote he had related.^[9] A fellow soldier, Jay Bergey, said that Issa stole his Dodge Charger in 1971, and that "I confronted Issa...I got in his face and threatened to kill him, and magically my car reappeared the next day, abandoned on the turnpike." No charges were ever filed. Issa has denied any theft.^[9]

After receiving a hardship discharge in 1972, because his father had a heart attack, Issa earned a General Educational Development(GED) certificate.^[9] Twice that year, he was arrested. In the first incident he was indicted by a grand jury for an alleged theft of aMaserati, but prosecutors dropped the charge.^[16] In the second incident, he was stopped for driving the wrong way on a one-way street, and a police officer noticed a firearm in his glove compartment. Issa was charged with carrying a concealed weapon. He pled guilty to a charge of possession of an unregistered firearm, and was sentenced to six months' probation and a small fine.^[9][16] '

'After leaving the military, Issa and his second wife, Kathy Stanton, moved back to the Cleveland area. They pooled their savings, sold their cars, and borrowed $50,000 from his family to invest in Quantum Enterprises, an electronics manufacturer run by a friend from Cleveland Heights that assembled bug zappers, CB radio parts and other consumer products for other companies. One of those clients, car alarm manufacturer Steal Stopper, would become the path to Issa's fortune. It was struggling badly, and he took control of it by foreclosing a $60,000 loan he had made to it when its founder, Joey Adkins, missed a payment. Adkins remained as an employee.^[9]

Issa soon turned Steal Stopper around, to the point that it was supplying Ford with thousands of car alarms and negotiating a similar deal with Toyota. But early in the morning of September 7, 1982, the offices and factory of Quantum and Steal Stopper in the Cleveland suburb of Maple Heights, caught fire. The fire took three hours to put out. The buildings and almost all inventory within were destroyed. An investigation of the cause of the fire noted "suspicious burn patterns" with fires starting in two places aided by an accelerator such as gasoline.^[9] Adkins said that Issa appeared to prepare for a fire by increasing the fire insurance policy 462% three weeks previously, and by removing computer equipment holding accounting and customer information. Adkins said that he thinks Issa set the fire on purpose. The insurance company was suspicious of arson and paid only about one-tenth the insured amount.^[19]'

Well, it has been quite a while since I tuned in on our old friend Sarah... and I must admit I had not thought about her at all. Her last stint with the spotlight was covered here in fine detail while she erupted with the force and clueless direction of a volcano... spewing dribble and shit-for-brains drabble all over the last CPAC convention. I must add that the term 'drabble' usually means a work of fiction of 100 words but this lady seems to spout her fictional escapades in well more than 100 words.. to everyone's delight. I say 'seems' because some of her dribble aren't actual words... again to everyone's delight!

In Sarah's latest brush at attempting to creep out of the shadows of oblivion in a nonsensical way, she tweeted yesterday that the White House Correspondents' Dinner was a disappointment to her obviously twisted sense of rationale. She never ceases to amaze her ardent supporters of which I must admit I am one... she is the closest I can come to attending a traveling comedy tour without actually paying for a ticket.

True to form, she was able to piece together verbiage in slightly more numbers than her brain cell count, to form this tweet..."That #WHCD was pathetic. The rest of America is out there working our asses off while these DC assclowns throw themselves a #nerdprom"

I am truly grateful that Sarah Palin is out there working her ass off. It has been an established fact in all  successful societies such as this one that humor is much needed to take the edge off as we go through our daily trials... heck they even had jesters in the Kings' courts back then. Good old 'Mama Grizzly with lipstick' has come out of hibernation for a spell to mangle a few words and it is good to see her as I don't think Ted Cruz is able to sabotage and destroy America or the GOP all by his lonesome.

"Mama lipstick" also posted on her Facebook, "While America is buried in taxes and a fight for our rights, the permanent political class in DC dresses up and has a prom to make fun of themselves. No need for that, we get the real joke"... to which there was a generation of voices and comments on her page the likes of which I have only seen when a million flies are disturbed in a dumpster.

We look forward to her sporadic appearances on stage at a forum...or  a stable near you...

The World's A Better Place, Because Of Grandmothers...

I am so disappointed with the lacking treatment of Grandmothers. They are the epitome of love, tolerance and understanding. They are the nurturing center of the world. They are really the essence of what life has to offer to the young ones coming into this world.

Grandmothers have seen it all, they have lived it all, they have been it all...and lived to tell about it. They are a wealth of information that must not be wasted. They still love when they are pushed aside, they still teach when they are ignored, they still hold on when there seems to be no hope.

Grandmothers alive today have seen wars, have fought wars, have lost and won wars...literally. They are still alive after all the wars past, even WWI which started in 1914... They have seen their share of death and destruction. There is no better teacher of the young as a Grandmother is, she can be the anchor that gives a perspective to a growing mind that few have the capacity to be.

Grandmothers have always been the backbone of a family and no family was complete without one back then... even in the movies...remember Johnboy and the Waltons? 

Today's grandmothers take on a seemingly different role in this modern world...mostly one of staying out of peoples' way as they go about the hustle and bustle of modern life, without much concern for the caring and special person being pushed aside... the grandmother. To many unenlightened folks, they are just a burden meant to be endured...to wither until they die.

To the modern politician, the grandmother is just a tool to use, abuse and eventually to squeeze the life blood out of by cutting their Medicare and other social services. 

No society can thrive without the warmth and understanding of a grandmother. No society would have grown to be what it is without the strength and evenhanded wisdom of the grandmothers, who have guided mankind from behind the curtains... upon the wings of destiny to make a better world, by the young minds they inspired, then and now. 

Many of us still remember our grandmothers with fond memories of her cooking when we were little, with fond memories of her cuddling with us, with fond memories of just ...her.

So please, don't sweep grandma under the rug. Grandmothers are indeed a measure of society, a testament to its greatness or its defeat. Grandmothers are a staple in our own children's lives... they are the living breath of a world gone mad...

Hey NRA Man, 14 Texas Students Were Not Shot At School, Assailant Had A Knife...

So this is the best evidence we can present to the hard headed people who are against Gun control. Obviously there is not enough compassion by the NRA and the Republican lawmakers for victims of gun violence.

From NBC News..."At least 14 people were hurt Tuesday in a stabbing spree at a Texas community college apparently carried out by a student who was later taken into custody, authorities said.

At least two victims were in critical condition. It was not immediately clear how severe the other injuries were. The stabbing happened at the CyFair campus of Lone Star College, in the Houston suburb of Cypress.

Life Flight personnel rush a stabbing victim off a helicopter at a Houston hospital after a stabbing spree Tuesday near Lone Star College in Cypress, Texas.

She initially had no idea an attack had taken place until other students quietly huddled in the room told her.

"I asked a guy what was going on and they said a kid had just been stabbed in the neck down the hall from them and they heard someone scream, 'Oh my God! Call 911!'" she recalled.

Brightkrite stayed in the classroom for nearly 45 minutes until school officials said they could exit out the back of the building.

In the parking lot, she saw a man in handcuffs being put in a police car. "He looked at me and once he got into the car, he gave me a large demented smile," Brightkrite said.

Obviously if we can lessen the chances or at least make it more difficult for attackers to acquire guns, we may have more scenes like this, with no mass shootings. There was a similar incident in China just before the Newtown shooting in Connecticut, the Chinese attacker similarly wounded many children, but no one died.

Over 7000 US Veteran Suicides Annually, Who's To Blame? CIA? MI6? George Bush? Tony Blair? ...Yes, All Of The Above.

Today marks another milestone of our war in Iraq, it is the 10th anniversary of our invasion. New evidence released now shows that both the CIA and MI6 were informed through secret Iraqi channels months prior to the Iraq war, that there were no WMDs in Iraq and they also had no ongoing WMD program at that time. The information was either covered up or largely ignored by both entities, allowing what has now been deemed the lies by both the American and British administrations at that time, to facilitate the invasion of Iraq. This information is important because of the result of the war, on Iraqis and Americans alike, as shown further in this article.

From The Guardian..."A special BBC Panorama program aired on Monday night details how British and US intelligence agencies were informed by top sources months before the invasion that Iraq had no active WMD program, and that the information was not passed to subsequent inquiries."

The events of 9/11 which so far has cost more than 3000 lives with the immediate attack and still counting with the cleanup crews, were used as a fictitious backdrop to facilitate the war which now directly increase the reported suicide rate to more than 7000 veterans annually, who are stricken with PTSD. This is the rate that has finally been released by the Dept. of Veterans Affairs, this is also a suicide rate that I myself had published in my book 'Shock and Awe on America' (linked below) and in numerous articles over the last 5 years. It is a rate that had been concealed or largely ignored previously, but was so easy for myself and others to find...five years ago.

Limited awareness of that suicide rate information has been an unfortunate factor in the slow and tragically lacking help offered to Veterans thus far. The truth on the issue of Veteran suicide was well overdue, concealing how much urgent support is needed for our still falling comrades. The situation is currently so bad that veterans are dying while waiting for their claims to be processed. One building is reported to be so filled with claim applications that the building has been deemed unstable. Veterans' wait times are years in many cases. The NYTimes explore some of the cases.

PTSD has been a contentious issue over the last decade, with increasing awareness and diagnosis seeing numbers surpass 70000 cases so far. It is now understood that more than 20% of those who are returning from war suffer this debilitating disease, which can result in Depression, Substance abuse, Anger Management and Suicide. There have been more than 2.3 million individual deployments to the wars so far. This video by ABC News tells the chilling tale.

On the battlefield, there have been more than 4400 US casualties so far with the numbers reported by the Associated Press topping 110,000 for violent deaths and numbers topping 1 million total deaths associated with the war as reported by independent London polling agency ORB. We see ongoing violence today in Baghdad with a series of car bombs killing at least 50 persons and wounding dozens more, on this our 10th anniversary of our Iraqi invasion.

This whole shocking issue of selling a fictitious war to Americans and indeed the world, has been documented by MSNBC's Rachel Maddow in the documentary titled 'Hubris' which will have it's 2nd airing on March 22nd. It is a recommended 'must watch.'
