The Ex-Pope, Queen and Canadian Prime Minister Found Guilty Of Genocide! Subject To Citizens' Arrest!

Ex-Pope Joseph Ratzinger, Elizabeth Windsor the Queen of England and Stephen Harper the Prime Minister of Canada have all been found guilty of Genocide by the International Common Law Court of Justice and are the most notable of a list of defendants which also includes the heads of the Catholic Church, Anglican Church and United Church of Canada.  The Verdict, court order and list of the Defendants is in video below).



The International Common Law Court of Justice is a Brussels-based citizens court. From their website..." In the fall of 2012, in conjunction with lawyers and politicians in Europe and America, the ITCCS established a de jure International Common Law Court of Justice (ICLCJ) to place on trial institutions and their officers responsible for crimes against humanity and children.

Comprised of sworn Citizen Jurors, a panel of legally-trained Trial Judges, and a Citizen Prosecutor's Office, the ICLCJ has concluded its first case in its docket – in the matter of Genocide in Canada by church and state. Its complete evidence is available here and here.

Upcoming cases in the docket of the ICLCJ will include the complicity of the Vatican and other churches with pharmaceutical companies in crimes against humanity; the historical persecution and religious genocide perpetrated against the Huguenot and other Protestant communities by the Church of Rome; the concealment of Genocide by Canadian church and state; and specific cases of Genocide committed under religious sanction and supervision in Ireland, America and other nations...

The guilty verdict followed nearly a month of deliberations by more than thirty sworn Citizen Jurors of the 150 case exhibits produced by Court Prosecutors. These exhibits detailed irrefutable proof of a massive criminal conspiracy by the Defendants' institutions to commit and conceal Genocide on generations of children in so-called Indian residential schools across Canada.

None of the Defendants challenged or disputed a Public Summons issued to them last September; nor did they deny the charges made against them, or offer counter evidence to the Court. These crimes were aimed at children, and were a cold and calculated plan to wipe out Indians who weren't Christians.

The Court's judgement declares the wealth and property of the churches responsible for the Canadian genocide to be forfeited and placed under public ownership, as reparations for the families of the more than 50,000 children who died in the residential schools."

It has long been known that there are entities around the world that commit atrocious acts against humanity and more-so against children. These acts have gone unpunished for as long as they have been committed but are now the focus of international bodies and persons who are intent on stopping these acts against humanity and are collectively intent on bringing these perpetrators to international justice.

The 'criminals' of these recent proceedings have all been sentenced to a period of 25 years without parole and there is something to be said for this international attempt to bring them to justice. We all understand the history of stronger countries conquering weaker ones in the centuries past and understand that these were unavoidable.

But that was hundreds of years ago and these acts of terrorism and genocide against children in our lifetime, should not be tolerated as doing so does not reflect who we as a Global community, have ascended to become. 

As a direct result of this decision, there are now ongoing attempts to start making citizen's arrests of the criminals, some of whom are apparently in hiding, who were named in the decision as this article on the ITCCS website shows... 'On Friday, March 8, Common Law Court officer Rev. Joshua Lemmens tried to detain one of the men found guilty of Criminal Conspiracy and Crimes against Humanity in Canada, Inspector Peter Montague, at the RCMP "E" Division headquarters in Surrey, British Columbia.

Montague could not be located. [Rev.] Lemmens nevertheless delivered the Court's Citizen Arrest Warrant to an RCMP representative at the headquarters, which was recorded on camera...

As head of covert operations for the RCMP on Canada's west coast for many years, Montague planned and coordinated attacks against indigenous activists and Rev. Kevin Annett after they began to reveal evidence of murders in Indian residential schools after 1996. Besides destroying evidence of these deaths of children in Indian residential schools, Montague also planned the para-military assault on traditional native elders at the Gustafson Lake occupation in 1995...'

This comes on the heels of a similar conviction of George W Bush and Tony Blair by the The Kuala Lampur War Crimes Tribunal for war crimes.

It is being reported that the Bishops who were called to a meeting at the Vatican in Rome, have Demanded that Israel relinquish and leave the land that it has conquered and occupied since the Six Day War in 1967. The Bishops cite the growing concerns about the condition of lessening numbers of Christians in the region, mainly because of Terrorism, War, Religious conflict, Discrimination and Economic problems among other concerns.


It is reported that the Bishops with the blessing of the Pope, have issued an opinion that Israel should not be using Biblical Scriptures to Justify the injustices the Palestinian people has been made to endure. Since the Occupation in the region, it has been the understanding that the Israel Occupation was a matter of Biblical reasoning as well as political gains due to The Six Day War and keeping the spoils thereof. This decision by the Vatican opens a can of worms in the region, one which some hoped had been closed and sealed a long time ago. This puts a religious face on the new stance against Israel's occupation and gives the Palestinians and others in the region who denounce the Occupation, a new voice and possibly a new reason to attack Israel in an attempt to achieve Israel's withdrawal from the the particular parcel of land. 


It has been widely known that the Superpowers around the Globe have supported Israel thus far because it is the only Democracy in the region, one that was after all established by said Superpowers, to gain a foothold into the lucrative and essential Oil reserves in the region. It is no secret that this move to establish and support Israel has been sold to many, not as a Political and Economic strategy, but one with Religious overtones...of Israel being the Promised Land decreed to the people by God Himself.


With the shifting of religious sentiment and indeed Biblical Creditability for Israel's Occupation, which has now been voiced by the Vatican, we can very well see waning support for Israel by concerned Religious Christians around the world, and maybe even a lesser amount of Political support for Israel in the future, from the Superpowers. Some may even question the timing of the decision by the Vatican, with the expectation by some more fanatical Christians, of the promised Armageddon's arrival and as a result, The Rapture. The next few weeks promise to be quite interesting to say the least.

Pope Benedict, facing the worst crisis of his papacy as a sexual abuse scandal sweeps the Catholic church, declared today he would not be "intimidated" by "petty gossip", angering activists who say he has done too little to stamp out paedophilia.

Addressing crowds in St Peter's square during a Palm Sunday service, the pope did not directly mention the scandal spreading though Europe and engulfing the Vatican, but alluded to it during his sermon. Faith in God, he said, led "towards the courage of not allowing oneself to be intimidated by the petty gossip of dominant opinion".

As Benedict spoke, the president of Switzerland, Doris Leuthard, called for a central register of paedophile priests to keep them away from children. In Austria, the archbishop of Vienna announced the creation of a commission funded by the church, but without church representatives, to look into Austrian abuse claims.

Benedict came under attack after it was revealed that he had been involved in dealing with two cases of abuse. In the first a German priest in therapy for paedophilia returned to work with children while the pope was archbishop of Munich. In the second, in the late 1990s when Benedict was a senior Vatican figure, his deputy stopped a church trial against a Wisconsin priest accused of abusing deaf boys.

Church officials say Benedict was unaware the German priest had returned to work and the Wisconsin case was reported to the Vatican 20 years after the fact.

The Vatican daily, L'Osservatore Romano, has accused the media of a "clear and ignoble intent of trying to strike Benedict and his closest collaborators".

But activists said they were angered by Benedict's talk of intimidation today. "I hope this doesn't fit into a pattern where the media is to be blamed," said Sean O'Conaill of Voice of the Faithful, a group, which has campaigned for abuse victims. "The real courage needed here is to face issues the media has revealed."
