Leave all your feelings...

Leave you... at the door

You are 2nd... after the process...

First join the process... the movement...

That you exist in and are part of universally...

Go and pee... first... think about stuff after...

Just as you interrupted the process at home...

When you plug in your electric item...

Your thing works... by the use of this electricity 

Which comes to you through a process 

You have no control over...

The process bringing the electric power 

Comes via a larger process made to supply electricity to you...

You are a body in the process... the movement 

The universe moves forever....

The movement is just the process...

This movement continues without a thought from you...

Without an inkling that you even exist in this process...

You don't need to think or do anything...

The process happens around you always...

Before you were born and after your death...

The process continues...

Do not try to realign with your God or Spirit thoughts...

Those are second to the always on going engine of the process...

This is the first step each day.... reconnecting 

The first thoughts you get are never about God...

Ask your body... your first thoughts 

Comes from your physical feelings... maybe smells...

Do you smell smoke?.... hopefully not...

You want to stretch... to take another breath... to pee...

Open your eyes on your bed... maybe smile...

These are your first conscious actions and thoughts...

You rejoin the universe in it's process... 

Feel the comfort... being inside this hug of the universe...

Mother's love... inside Mother's womb...

Proof you are just part of the whole... a whole that you see and feel

After this you may draw your thoughts to Gods... angels... whatever...

2nd in the process...

The universe is there... the universe never stops its movement 

We simply rejoin the process when we wake each day.

This is your beginning each day... of your new creations...

As you now start creating your... past... each day...

This gives you the doorway into the universe daily...

God can then be properly entertained in your way...

Your world operates as a part of those movement processes...

The galaxies are all a larger part of this movement 

These galaxies meteors asteroids comets ...crash into each other constantly... movement... process...

The universe knows you not... but you are included in this process...

Just as the trillions of organisms living on and inside your body...

In the organisms in the breath you release... into the air...

You are the universe to them ... and you know them not....

Soap removes them from the smelly places on our bodies...

This goes fractally to the largest process you can see outside your earth...

And the smallest process you do not see... inside you...

The microscopic and quantum levels are all processes 

Constantly moving.... join this movement each new day...

As you feel disconnected upon waking...

Connect with the  universe... smile...plug yourself in...

Then do what your mind says or wants... next
