How?

Restart... how do you be your good self....

 not be your best self...

Simply see that your life has many...

Many goals... many wants and needs etc...

First... start with one action... silence

Silence gives you space to now focus yourself...

Action is what you came to earth to be...

Not the verb action...

The action of being... 

Being the action of your vibe...

Maybe you think of it as the action of God... whatever...

Action of love... Action of spreading light...

Action of absorbing sadness and negativity...

And breathing out unconditional love to All...

You need not know everyone in the world...

To send unconditional love...

But what you do is put one brick in the wall...

You are doing this work at all times...

Simply by being aware that this idea is in your mind and vibe.

...unconditional love is all you need to spread around you...

Without being identified to anyone...

Giving love... Giving... is not an act of selfishness...

It needs no rewards... no gold...

One task... one thought... one wish... Give.

Silence is where you start...

When you are silent you can think...

There you can focus on one action...

Not two or more... you are not yet that powerful...

You can only handle one idea at the start of this journey of yours...

But that one leads to more along the path...

This helps you build on the last...

Don't know what I speak about?.... 

Silence will show that way...

Not for you to follow...

But to create and lead your younger ones... loved ones...

Lead... create... fulfill your wants of spreading love and light...

No need in this life to fill your pockets....

You dont return to heaven with clothing...

Fill your heart with love alone....

You need no other ticket to board this train...

You came from... you journey to.... 

Think about it... add value to this journey...

You are All you need as the others are already there...

Around your timeline... your existence....

Ascended masters who came before you....

Now assist you to expand yourself....

Call... invoke a name... Jesus...Krishna... Buddha... etc.. 

They are there already helping you...

Believe the science and scientists...

They measure 5%.... thats all we see of this real universe....

The remaining 95% are only measured by instruments....

It all exists... it all lives... everything has consciousness 

So don't waste your energy filling pockets of gold...

Look at the night sky... its real...

 see the universe in it's reality..  the All...

Take your thoughts... and your loved ones...

To that larger universe where love is ....

Where your God story plays...

Be part of that story... grow...

Make... create a spectacular story to add...

To the larger universal story.... the big picture 

Second action... smile in the mirror... daily...

Let your inner self see your outer self... 

This is your inner and outer..  together... beautiful...no surprises...

Build this great self... create... and lead... daily.
